The 6bs, Removes and Shells all had exams over the past two weeks and so some games and fun were in order! The Removes were taken into town by Miss Young, their tutor, and they had fun with ice cream and hot chocolate!
Birley's was busy with matches and it was a brilliant showing from the 1st XV where Archie (6b) was named MOTM and the team claimed the win over Simon Langton! The U15A team also dominated with strong representation from TR (Will, Marc, Conrad and Edison). In the U14 the boys fought hard but alas were on the wrong end of a loss. The 2nd XV were also unfortunate to lose. A great atmosphere at Birley's and a huge well done to the boys!
Ealye and Eric (6b) did well in the fencing with Ealye making it into the top 20 in a competition with hundreds of competitors! A great week for sport in TR!
Games night in house saw the Shells, 5ths and Sixth Form enjoy articulate and colour brain (great games) alongside chocolate, sweets and drinks!
Sunday evening saw the Shells decorate the tree and get the house ready for the festive period now we have hit December!
Finally, this morning saw the traditional TR and BR sing song on the Trad Terrace! There was plenty of dodgy singing and dancing but there were a lot of laughs and good times had!
Nearly Christmas now as we head into the final straight!
